This seminar-workshop will try to convey experiences, dispel fears and inspire open minds that they are willing to meet and begin to walk the path of enlightenment. Classes will be exercises, theory and lots of interaction and action of students. Therefore important that we participate in the workshop who consider extra time in the week to work the slogans that are developed in class.
