Each year insitum (where I work) there is a sort of retreat or "offside" as we call it, where we ran a few days to forget a bit of work and enjoy ourselves as well as align objectives and other things. This year was in Valle de Bravo in a very nice farm that I can not remember his name. For some reason I forgot to take good pictures, so I have only a couple of them to share.

Every year we are saved not spent a couple of hours locked to talk a little the company and the strategy for this year. In this we offsite design of monkeys Laura.
There was also a "Talent Show" in the photo shows one of the most emotional moments in which a co-worker (right), debuted as a ballad singer.
My so-called talent was, along with two friends, play a dance Hindu India's very classic. Do not put pictures of that.
Finally, there were other integration activities and stuff by the staff of the ranch the truth 50% of them gave me a lot of slack, but everything else was happy.
