HERNAN CAÑELLAS
In 2009 his works are selected by the CJ Culture Foundation of South Korea's CJ Fair Album I Illustrated (Sungkok Art Museum, Seoul). Also won two silver medals at the SND awards based in the U.S. (the largest newspaper design contest in the world, first in Computer Graphics) the work: the Southern Right Whale and the Condor (Viva).
In 2008 he was selected among the artists of the International Exhibition of Bologna to exhibit in the Norwestern University "Best of Bologna: Edgiest Artists of the 2008 International Children's Book Fair. He was also selected for publication in the catalog.
since 1998 specializing digital art by illustrations and photo retouching. also received the 1999 Communication Arts Award of Excellence Packaging series.
In 2006 participates in Pictoplasma, Contemporary Character Design and Art Exhibition and in 2005 won the Master Painter Award Awarded by Computer Graphics Society.
runs in 2004 and makes the video-installation for the play "Duarte" with Eleonora Cassano and in 2000 was a finalist at the London International Advertising Awards packaging series, Chandon.
frequent contributor to newspaper Clarin, Journal Woman of my life, Göoo Journal, Journal News, Daily Profile, and illustrations done through design studios and advertising agencies in Argentina and Europe for various companies such as: Quilmes, American Express, Lloyds Bank, Canale, Telecom, Lufthanza, Chandon, among others.
