Run, run, but 42km
this year if I have been running, like me, is the only way I can do ejericio after spending more than 8 hours seated at work.
The goal is to run the marathon in Mexico City in August. According to Luis Ponzoni you can, and I believe him because he has already run one last year. So the goal is 42km. And will continue to count. For now I'm running from 40 to 60min before starting the program to not die in the attempt.
